Compression between the English ******** and Arabic ********:
Here some of my notice that I want to replace some shadow shade of my experiences not to say that I have the wide role , if you say that’s suggestions ore thoughts or opinion or such thing like that.
Everyone knows that the English ******** contained the verb , nouns, adverbs , adjectives, and the phrases where is it nouns or adverbials , complement function or ahead ….etc…
Here I want to focus into two main subjects compared with the Arabic ******** :
1- the adverb
2- Specification
When I say like these sentence in Arabic or in English it needed to clarify:
E.g. Ali came, you should to ask how Ali came? to understand the manners that is possible to clarify your sentence in both Arabic and English by adding the adverb, then you will say : Ali came by train , Ali came on his feet , Ali came by bicycle , Ali came riding a horse , this role is the same in both English and Arabic , then you need to clarify this vague or obscure as the speaker want to know or to be aware your intention , that is the ******** I understand ……..
About the second role : when you said : I have bought this book by twenty . and you silent , the sentence need much clarification to be understand by the listener .. how?
If I said ; I have bought this book by twenty dollars , the sentence was completed meaning here and no clarification more is wanted , this is my role I named the ( specification ) . The (by twenty dollars) is adverbial i.e. prepositional which seemed or resembled in Arabic ******** the (specification) which is also importance to remove the vague in the sentence.
If I said this sentence in both Arabic and English ********:
e.g. what a braver soldier , then I silent the speech need to be clarified then I complete my sentence ( what a braver soldier he is ) or is he as exclamation , or that one or Ali or such clumsy one .. etc..
This called in Arabic here the (specification) and those additional words are necessary to give the meaning, and both the English and Arabic ******** are need to .
Third: the comparison is closed between English and Arabic by what we named the direct object and the indirect object.
e.g. Ali gave me the book or borrow me on any suitable verb took two objects as in Arabic called the transitive verb also this role is the same in both Arabic ******** and English ******** except the nomination
another example for the second point ( I used to write with special pen ) or I wrote with special pen , here the semantic function are closed in both Arabic and English ******** , if I try to utter these sentence in Arabic I was capable to say it is the specification previous I mentioned , I wrote by green pen , or by red one or by the black ink that I suggested ,, thank you to hear me I am Mohammad Ahmad . second year – translation dept.
